Health
Health is a state of physical, mental and social well being in which disease & infirmity are absent. Health does not mean how is your physical appearance. health also does not mean how fat or thin you look. health include overall view of your body both internally as well as externally. so health can be categorized into following types:
- Physical health
- Mental health(meditation)
- Social Health(calmness, stress free)
- Emotional health
Physical health and mental health both are connected with each other. It is scientfically proved that taking care of physical health can improve the mental well-being and vice-versa. if one declines all can be affected. A balanced diet, proper sleep, meditation,& cutting down the unhealthy habits of eating such as fast food, smoking, alcohol & drugs are some major physical health factors which can promote the mental wellbeing of the person.
Here the question arises how we can be mentally healthy?
Answer is MEDITATION (meditation is a mind exercise which involves relaxation, focus & awareness. the practice is usally done individually in a still scaled.
